WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION ENTAIL?

• Once you submit an inquiry form or reach out via email, I will personally reach out to you to discuss the details of your event such as your vision, theme, color schemes, etc. That way, I can get a better understanding of exactly what you are envisioning, so that I can bring it to life! If you do not wish to proceed with Ollie Co., don't worry - you are not tied down to a consultation fee, because it is completely free! If you wish to proceed with Ollie Co., I will provide a contract stating the expectations of both parties to ensure we are both on the same page. From there … I get to work ☺

HOW DOES THE RENTAL PROCESS WORK?

• If you do not have access to signage that you want incorporated into your event or are simply in a time crunch, I can provide my own rentals for you to choose from! Keep in mind, if you have your own mirror, door, chalkboard, etc. that you would like me to write on, that is fine too! Pricing varies depending on the amount of writing and the size of the rental item.

WHEN SHOULD I THINK ABOUT RESERVING RENTALS?

• As soon as possible! The quicker you inquire for a rental, the better chance you will have to reserving the rental available for the day of your event.

DO YOU DELIVER RENTALS/SIGNAGE?

• Yes! I will deliver within 20 miles of Norwich, NY for free. If your delivery radius exceeds 20 miles, there will be an additional fee added. A $25 fee will be added for delivery between 21-40 miles, and a $50 fee will be added for a delivery between 41-60 miles. Unfortunately I cannot deliver outside of a 60 mile radius of Norwich, NY.

CAN I SEE THE PROGRESS WHILE I AM WAITING?

• I would LOVE to provide progress pictures during the process! I want to be 100% sure you are satisfied with my work before your event. If any changes need to be made after progress pictures are sent out, I will gladly make them. Please be sure to check your inbox as I will be sending progress photos via email. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will proceed working as I need to finish your project within a timely manner to meet your deadline.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

• As we move past the consultation, there will be a written agreement set in place. Once both parties sign, I will collect the full balance amount. If you wish to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded per the cancellation policy. Please be sure you want to move forward before committing. I do offer payment plan options if you need as well!

ARE ALL SIGNS CUSTOMIZABLE?

• 100%! All work displayed on my website are examples or work I have done in prior events. Please keep in mind these signs are completely customizable so it will be perfect for your event specifically. In addition, please be mindful that Ollie Co. services are 100% handwritten, so the writing is unique in each project. This means the examples may vary slightly from your order. We will keep in touch so we can discuss your vision and exactly what you want your signage to be!
